As a self-identified big feeler navigating life with a neurodivergent brain, my hope for all that I get to work with is to help you build a sense of belonging as you move towards embracing what makes you who you are. In a world that tries to "fix" our differences, I am so grateful to celebrate all of the things that make you who you are! I work with children, teens, parents, and adults, and my specific niches are anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism, relational trauma (sexual violence, victims of crime, abuse, etc), life transitions, and high-conflict divorce. My overall approach is rooted in humanistic psychology.
For children, I specialize in big feelings and big behaviors that may present as trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, high-conflict divorce, or general stress to life transitions. My integrative approach uses a child-centered foundation with sprinkles of Synergetic Play Therapy, AutPlay Therapy, & Gestalt Oaklander model of Play Therapy as appropriate.
If you're an emerging or young adult, this space is for you, too. I support adults who are seeking an affirming, collaborative space for healing from relational trauma (sexual violence, physical violence, child abuse), anxiety, and depression as well as those navigating life with ADHD, Autism, or general stress to life transitions.
