I have worked with all age ranges from youth to adult. I work with those that want to put in the work. Therapy is not always easy and fun, and knowing that it will get uncomfortable when we confront issues that we have identified is when the progress happens.
I also do private college counseling sessions for high school students and parents.
I offer a range of practices to help meet you where you are. I am primarily focused in CBT and REBT, however, I personalize each session based on what you need. I have done extensive work and research in trauma related therapy as well. For teens, I also offer College Counseling.
I am here for you. This journey is about you, your healing, and your safety. It is not about me or anyone else. This space is for you to work out and work on whatever it is you want to change or need help amending in your life.
