I specialize in working with teens, adults, families in navigating anxiety, trauma, depression and relationship issues. I also work with women struggling with infertility, pregnancy and perinatal mental health concerns and transitions. I have a holistic approach of focusing on the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit.
I believe therapy is a collaborative process between you and your therapist to develop your unique goals and needs. Drawing from a toolkit of evidence based practices such as CBT, DBT, family systems and strength based approaches as well as a sprinkle of creativity, together we can untangle the knots that are holding you back.
