Life can be challenging, and we all need support at times. You don’t have to navigate it alone—I’m here to help. I offer compassionate therapeutic guidance and skills-based tools to help you build confidence, resilience, and a greater sense of agency. My experience as an interfaith chaplain in end-of-life care deeply shaped how I support others. Walking alongside people during some of life’s most tender and challenging moments at end of life, showed me that we also need meaningful care throughout life. Together, we can navigate anxiety, depression, stress and trauma to cultivate a life worth living.
I am a Buddhist scholar and practitioner and a student of Western psychology. My approach to therapy is secular, although we can weave spiritual counseling into our sessions, at your discretion. I utilize strengths-based and skills-based approaches such as ACT (Acceptance-Commitment Therapy), CBT, DBT, feminist psychology, and psychodynamic therapy.
Life’s challenges, traumas, and afflictions offer us an opportunity to gain insight and wisdom. Healing is possible. Growth is inevitable.
