I have been in this field for over 10 years and can provide a supportive and empathic environment in which we can work together on specific goals and changes for your life.
My experience with issues such as depression, anxiety, substance abuse, trauma, and parenting allow me to help you identify obstacles to change and move forward in improving your overall mental health. I am both a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and a Certified School Social Worker/Adjustment Counselor.
