In the work of getting curious about this stuff with you, I use my self awareness and clinical knowledge to support you in being known and attending to your heart. I love using imagination and dreams, gesture and the body, and just talking, to understand what's at the heart of your therapy. My intention is to support healing, and that your work will enable clarity, choice, the freedom to keep growing.
I studied "integral counseling psychology" which uses different kinds of therapy based on what works for you. I work mainly with adults (including parents) for now. I practice in a bright office downtown with plants and a sand tray (Sand Play Therapy is one of a couple non-verbal modalities that has helped me).
