Hi, I’m Carly Rizzo (she/her), a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor. My work centers on helping individuals process trauma, navigate relationship challenges and major life changes, and manage mood disorders. I’m trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and have a strong foundation in Internal Family Systems (IFS). My approach to therapy is built on creating a trusting relationship where you feel truly heard and understood. I believe in seeing you as a whole person, beyond just the challenges you may be facing.

I bring my authentic self to each session, offering transparency, openness, and collaboration in our work together. I specialize in working with adults who have experienced trauma, whether from a single event or multiple events. I also have a deep interest in supporting men’s mental health, staying up to date with the latest research, and advocacy.
