I work with adults seeking to process what's underneath. Are you feeling anxious and frustrated as you notice the same challenging patterns repeat? I want to help you thoroughly understand and process what is driving those behaviors so you can start to feel liberation from them. I often work with folks struggling with anxiety, anger, relationship problems, ADHD, dissociation, sensory sensitivities, and creative blocks. I'm here to help you find out how to step into underlying pain in a manageable way. Because it's possible to process this and actually feel relief.
The techniques I use depend on what you need. I'm trained in trauma processing modalities like Deep Brain Reorienting and The Comprehensive Resource Model, but I also may weave in art therapy and mindfulness meditation. I welcome all questions about the therapeutic process so you can gain a clearer understanding of what you're doing and why you're doing it.
Honestly, it's an honor to facilitate exploration of someone's consciousness. To make space and room to really sink into what the mind and body are communicating.
