Coming to terms with these adjustments of life, ability, and changes in our mental health can be difficult to manage alone. I would love to work with you to develop a plan between what is and where you’d like to be. There may be many new and different emotions that come up for you and we can talk through them as your reality shifts. This is challenging work but I can be here with you to facilitate growth and understanding

I will work with you to set goals specific to you at your own pace. I have a humanistic style that lends itself to adapting to your needs. As a person living with a chronic illness, having navigated toxic work situations, and working with the aging community, I have unique experiences to draw from in order to help you achieve your goals.
