I love helping people work through the 'dirt' in their lives to have beautiful crop and gardens come from it! I work primarily helping those with trauma related to military service, chronic illness and family issues to find joy again in their lives, and see their blossom the way they have always wanted to. The dirtier the path, the better the overlook! I am professionally trained in trauma-focused EMDR, CBT, CPT, and ACT therapy protocols for PTSD, Anxiety, Depression and Chronic Health/Disabilities. I also work closely with military professionals struggling with post-deployment trauma, and crisis intervention.
I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and currently completing certification through EMDRIA for EMDR. I have specific training with the Military, Special Needs Families, and Acute Trauma.
I specialize in working primarily with women and individuals experiencing trauma, depression & anxiety , military, Veterans and teens for over 10 years, utilizing CPT, CBT and ACT Therapy techniques from a Strengths perspective that help my clients heal from PTSD, trauma, anxiety and depression quickly!
