Welcome! I’m Carly O’Brien-Hart, owner of Wise Mind Counseling, PLLC. My ideal clients are adults across the lifespan who want to improve how they cope, connect, and communicate—whether you’re navigating the stress of early adulthood, untangling anxiety or OCD, balancing ADHD and/or neurodiversity, healing from trauma, or even showing up as a fellow therapist in need of support. I especially love working with emerging adults between 18-30, insightful and curious learners, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community of which I am an out, proud, and typically colorfully dressed member.
I blend DBT, CBT, ERP for OCD, MI, and trauma-informed care, all within a relational and humanist lens. My Mary Poppins therapy bag is filled with evidence-based tools, humor, warmth, non-judgment, and even occasional laughs. In every job that must be done, there is an element of fun, as it were. I am licensed to treat in NH, ME, and, soon, MA.
