I draw from psychodynamic, interpersonal, and DBT therapies. I hold a 2 year certificate in Intensive Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy Program (IPPP) and completed a 2 year certificate program in Eating Disorders, Compulsions, and Addictions (EDCAS), both from the William Alanson White Institute. I have also received training in Radically Open DBT.
I will help you uncover behavioral patterns, improve your relationships, and identify what you truly want from your life. Throughout the course of your treatment with me, you will learn to better manage difficulties, build upon your self-confidence and feel empowered to grow into your authentic self.
