If childhood trauma or neurodivergence (like ADHD or autism) has left you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of your next steps, I’m here to support you. Together, we’ll create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can be yourself and work through your experiences. We’ll take things at your pace and focus on practical, meaningful steps toward healing and growth.

I specialize in supporting clients healing from childhood trauma and navigating ADHD or autism. Using EMDR and other compassionate approaches, we’ll gently explore your story, work through patterns, and build tools to help you cope—all in a safe, caring space where you can be yourself and move forward at your own pace.
