I am a relationship-forward therapist that seeks to build trust and safety with each client. I focus on the dynamics within important relationships in your life, especially the one you have with yourself. By working collaboratively together, I hope that our work leaves you feeling empowered through decreasing shame, balancing perceived hierarchies in your life, and increasing your ability to engage with the world in the manner you desire.

I also bring particular insight and/or lived experience to the challenges faced by multi-racial/ethnic individuals, immigration, supporting a loved one in substance abuse recovery, parenting (including solo parenting), and professional burnout. As a former bedside nurse, I also have a unique understanding of the healthcare industry and medical trauma.
