You still care so deeply, but somehow, it's the same argument over and over again... You see it coming, yet feel helpless to change the pattern. To be in a relationship that may have started out as intimate, supportive, and full of love, only to now be feeling like you’re talking past each other can be an endlessly frustrating experience. My passion is in helping couples find each other again. I guide partners through their conflicts to find patterns & help both people feel heard and witnessed on a deeper level. Together, we can dig deeper into the emotions and dynamics behind the arguments and break the cycles we tend to fall into.

My work in our sessions is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can feel big emotions, play out relationship patterns, learn communication skills, & understand each other better so together you can move forward with more awareness. At times, I will be direct & honest, though always with kindness & compassion.

Our work together can help you rebuild the foundation beneath your relationship, rediscover the connection in your partnership, or move forward with clarity in different directions if that’s what’s best.
