I love empowering women to better manage anxiety, depression, perfectionism, people-pleasing, trauma, eating disorders, body image issues, boundary struggles & faith crisis to build the lives they've always wanted! I specialize in women's mental, emotional, & relational health & I'm passionate about helping my clients get unstuck using my professional training, experience, specialized knowledge, humor, empathy, & compassion. I also enjoy helping couples learn skills to improve their relationships. Change can be a difficult & painful process & I would be honored to help you walk that difficult path. I specialize in working with women with eating disorders, body image issues, low self-esteem, perfectionism, people-pleasing, depression, anxiety, pregnancy and postpartum issues, assertiveness issues, etc.; treating the daughters of borderline and/or narcissistic parents; faith crisis and faith transition; and couples with a wide variety of marital issues.
