Hi, I'm Carly, co-founder of White Oak Counseling in Charlottesville, VA.
Sometimes the problems we face feel too tough to manage on our own. Having someone who spends time to listen and truly understand what you're going through can make all the difference. I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who will help you navigate issues related to mood, anxiety, eating, and relationships through individual therapy.
