It is my belief that the counseling experience is all about self exploration, growth and gaining new perspective and ways of thinking. I truly enjoy providing and sharing safe and comfortable spaces with individuals and I welcome anyone age 14 and older no matter what challenges you are facing.

My counseling focus has mainly been in grief and the bereavement process; as well as helping individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, low self esteem and relationship struggles. I enjoy developing goals and exposing you to new and effective coping skills in order to best improve whatever challenges you may be struggling with.

Counseling is a very special process where so much exploration and growth can be experienced. I aim to serve you to the best of my ability and do whatever I can within my scope of practice to assist you in your journey of healing and growth.
