I specialize in adolescents and young adults and have worked with adults, parents and families. I have helped address many concerns including anxiety, behavioral challenges, life transitions, stress, parenting, depression, and trauma. I incorporate reality based therapy, motivational interviewing, CBT, and mindfulness techniques into strengths based work.
