Therapy can be a helpful way to address challenges in life. My approach to therapy is warm and collaborative. We’ll work together to figure out a process that makes sense for you. My priority is to make sure you feel heard, understood, and accepted. I have a particular interest in working with queer, transgender, and nonbinary children and adults. I’m also invested in working with immigrants, third culture kids, and those exploring questions of cultural identity. I'm trained in ketamine-assisted and psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy, and I offer a non-judgmental space to explore and integrate psychedelic experiences.
I mainly use a psychodynamic approach, however I draw on a variety of modalities depending on need. I attend closely to the ways our social contexts can create additional suffering through racism, sexism, and other forms of oppression. I also draw on my background in mediation, negotiation, and career coaching to help clients navigate work-related dilemmas.
I work with individuals of all ages and provide support and guidance for parents of the children in my practice. I’m not in-network with any insurance plans, however I will provide the documentation necessary for you to use your out-of-network benefits. Feel free to contact me with questions or if you would like to schedule an initial consultation.
