I am a cognitive-behavioral therapist, licensed in New York. I specialize in the treatment of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and anxiety-related conditions including social anxiety, health anxiety, panic disorder, trichotillomania, and intrusive worry. Depression, emotion regulation difficulties, interpersonal conflict, school pressures, and perfectionism are also among my areas of focus.
I received my doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology at Yeshiva University.
I provide evidence-based interventions including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure and response prevention (ERP), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). I believe in goal-oriented treatment, and work to provide my patients with concrete practical skills that they can apply to everyday situations.
My approach to treatment is warm and collaborative. By identifying and addressing unhelpful thoughts and behaviors together, we can help you to develop healthier coping skills, reduce your symptoms, and improve your daily life.
