I am accepting NEW Clients effective 3/29/25!
I know that feeling down, anxious, or unable to be your typical self can be both exhausting and utterly defeating. This world can be so difficult, and you deserve a full life!
I would love the opportunity to help you navigate, to partner and find solutions in healing. My clinical approach is traditional in in training and implementation of interventions, yet I work very hard to meet each client where they are, as outside of the box as needed.
I work with couples and individuals, trauma, adult ADHD assessments, teens and adults, anxiety, depression, and daily life stressors!
I work with clients of all ages to help sort through and heal from life's stressors. Grief. Trauma. OCD. Anxiety. Depression. PTSD. ADHD. I gratefully support clients with healing: navigating relationships, coping, setting and holding boundaries, personal growth. The Collective offers yoga, reiki, meditation, sound healing, and other modalities/workshops.
Meshing with a counselor and developing a solid relationship of trust is the most important foundational piece to beginning doing deep work. Please feel free to reach out so you can chat to determine if I am able to help you in your journey. I am non-traditional in maany ways, striving for comfort and authenticity... to meet you exactly as you are.
