I help anxious & neurodivergent people process their relationships, emotions, and careers. You may feel stuck, trapped by your emotions or your relational patterns. You may be accomplished in your career, but still aren't happy. You are burnt out, working on fumes, but holding it together enough on the outside that no one really understands how lost you feel. I want to help you align yourself with your life - through insight we can intentionally help you experience true and sustaining change.
I have three primary services: 1) Insight oriented/psychodynamic therapy; 2) Coaching/integrated coaching in therapy where we focus on your career and life transitions; and 3) Comprehensive evaluations for autism, ADHD, mood, and complex trauma. We can also incorporate testing measures into depth-oriented therapy if you want an integrated approach.
I am a licensed psychologist, business owner, & executive coach who has the lived experience, the education, & training to empower you to design a life (and/or business) that is fulfilling and sustaining. I will be a thought partner and support your transformation. It’s never too early or too late to try to change and you should not have to struggle alone.
