I specialize in trauma work, anxiety, and life transitions. I use the leading trauma treatment, EMDR, to help you unlock your brain's innate healing potential. I also incorporate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills to increase distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. I will work with you to heal and process while also helping you recognize and grow your natural strengths and resilience.
I specialize in trauma, anxiety and panic, and life transitions. I use EMDR primarily coupled with DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) skills as indicated. I am trained in CBT, TF-CBT, CBT-I, and IPT, and occasionally draw from these approaches as well. Additionally, I am working through Trauma-informed Yoga teacher training (RYT 200).
