Life can be chaotic and weird, and a huge part of therapy is learning to find balance, and what balance is is entirely up to you. Maybe you're looking for support as you adjust to the changes of our current world, newfound independence as you enter into college age and beyond, struggling with anxiety or depression, ADHD, your relationship with food and body, or just want someone to talk through things with. Transitioning out of high school and into college or the workforce is a huge transition that I'd love to help you navigate. My hope is that together, we can collaborate to help you in your journey through life and into adulthood.
I want to listen to your stories and help you navigate all of the things that shape you. I have a compassionate, casual, & direct style in the therapy room & want to help you develop positive coping skills and a true sense of self-worth. I have additional experience & training working with eating disorders & past traumas, including training in EMDR therapy.
I am excited to get to know you and help empower you to overcome challenges and celebrate often. I offer a warm, compassionate and non-judgmental approach and look forward to chatting with you!
