I am dedicated to helping individuals find deeper meaning and purpose in their lives, with a special focus on LGBTQIA+ folks, those seeking support for anxiety or depression, and individuals who have experienced trauma. My therapeutic approach is strengths-based, client-centered, and relational-cultural. I aim to cultivate self-awareness, encourage self-expression, and develop emotional resilience to empower individuals with the tools to develop growth-fostering relationships with themselves and others.
Through art-making and creative self-expression, I work with individuals throughout the lifespan to increase feelings of self-love and acceptance, develop interpersonal relationship skills, and build emotional resilience. I aim to help people better know and understand themselves so that they can thrive in their authentic existence.
If you are struggling with self-acceptance, seeking meaning and purpose, or dealing with painful past experiences, please know that you're not alone. I’m here for you and would be honored to support you on your journey toward healing and self-discovery.
