My ultimate goal is to provide a non-judgmental space that will allow you to explore your concerns in a safe, compassionate, and caring environment. I rely on the therapeutic relationship being at the crux of change for the individuals and families I work with. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, depression, post-traumatic response, relationship issues, or having difficulty adjusting to the chaos of the world, I'd be honored to help. I value working collaboratively with my clients to gain an understanding of where they are now and where they would like to be.
I utilize an eclectic mix of treatment approaches that are always based in person-centered, strengths-based values. I utilize interventions ranging from solution-focused, cognitive behavioral to sensorimotor psychotherapy-based techniques. Treatment is customized to the needs and preferences of the client.
Email is the preferred method of initial contact for new clients. If desired, a phone and/or video consultation can be scheduled upon email contact. An initial consultation can be used as an opportunity for prospective clients to ask questions, receive information about the intake process, and to determine therapeutic fit based on your preferences.
