Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, grief, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, you don’t have to navigate it alone. Whether you are in the valley, on the mountaintop, or somewhere in between, my role as your therapist is to help you navigate and better understand your inner world and emotions. I believe therapy is a space where you can pause, exhale, and simply be—a place where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and accepted without judgment.

My goal is to create a compassionate environment where you can safely explore your emotions and experiences at your pace. It’s an opportunity to step away from the demands of life and prioritize yourself and your emotional well-being. Healing doesn’t require having all the answers, it begins with having a space where you can be honest about where you are.
