I use a combination of psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral techniques in my practice. I believe that our identities are shaped by a variety of influences, and the way we navigate our lives is built on both our history and our current circumstances.
I work with children, adolescents, adults and families regarding emotional needs. I believe that everyone can achieve personal goals with small, gradual changes. In addition to traditional therapy, I also provide divorce coaching, parent coordination and reunification therapy for parents looking for alternative ways to address co-parenting difficulties.
