About
Today you or your family are one step closer to a new you, where you feel empowered and on a positive path to growth and well-being. I see therapy (individual, couples and family) as a collaborative effort to figure out what obstacles are getting in the way of you and your family's happiness. We explore past and current behaviors, thoughts, relationships, and make connections between past and current experiences to help create change. We can work together to create a new experience that not only gets you through the storm to the calm, but can help you or your family thrive.
I practice with a mix of psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral approaches. I believe that we are who we are because of many factors and the way we manage our lives comes from both past and present.
I work with children, adolescents, adults and families regarding emotional needs. I believe that everyone can achieve personal goals with small, gradual changes. In addition to traditional therapy, I also provide divorce coaching and parent coordination for parents looking for alternative ways to address co-parenting difficulties.
