In my Somatic approach to psychotherapy, I find it an incredibly sacred space that invites folks into experiencing the holistic (mind,body,heart,soul) embodiment of being. It is an invaluable gift to witness individuals in their aliveness. Each individual, present, powerful, and vibrant in their unique creative expression. My diverse approaches weave a smorgasbord many ancient eastern and western modalities and practices. All my blessings of love, peace, and warmth. This monthly meeting online group will provide a sacred space to learn and practice the art of being human. Our visits together, will help to shed light on embodying being a human being in real time with other human beings. It can be very helpful to take a time out (or many), for intentional space with other individuals, to remember to lean back into relationships, to remember that your body always has you, that by being here, we can all help one another come home again.
