About
We are accepting new clients! I have been a therapist for over 15 years and have extensive experience helping clients with a variety of different mental health difficulties. I use a combination of different treatment styles to best fit my clients, but lean heavily towards Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I see clients of all ages and backgrounds. I also train and supervise other social workers and counselors, so we have several providers with similar philosophies and training to help you. Our goal is to help you and your loved ones reach your mental health goals and live your best life. Come see how much better you can feel!
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy extensively in my practice, but make changes based on my clients' age, developmental stage, and preferences. My training in trauma treatment has allowed me to help clients of all ages with PTSD related to abuse and other traumatic experiences. I am also trained in Exposure Response Prevention for the treatment of OCD.
I work with clients of all ages; whether you are a 6 year old with ADHD, a 17 year old with a history of depression and self-harm, an adult with a PTSD, or an older adult adjusting to life and health changes, I can help you. I also train new therapists who work with clients at a significant discount.
