About
The decision to enter therapy is a difficult one. Most people feel they have few choices left before they decide to open their private world to a stranger. I am a psychotherapist with the experience, training and skills that can help you overcome those natural feelings of discomfort and allow you to gain the assistance you are looking for. I provide an objective and non-judgemental atmosphere which allows the exploration of an issue or issues in a detailed manner facilitating resolution or change.
I work with both individuals and couples helping them to gain a deeper understanding of themselves, their effect on each other and how they relate to the outside world. Together we can create a new level of awareness which is the foundations for long lasting change.
I am a psychodymanically and emotionally focused practitioner. This means that rather than focusing on short term fixes we look at feelings and beliefs to understand patterns and ways of relating to ourselves and others, this then allows you to achieve the change you are looking for.
