Overall, Carlos takes a compassionate, humble and collaborative approach. He believes people are their own life experts and assists them in forging a renewed path towards what they value. During therapy, Carlos will collaborate with you to develop an individualized plan. The first meetings will focus on getting to know you and what to expect from therapy.
Carols focuses on uncovering what people want out of life going forward at their own pace while also offering realistic strategies to help when life feels out of control or overwhelming. Being a patient listener and taking care in offering help, Carlos will take an individualized approach to best fit each person and their reasons for coming to therapy.
