I work with each individual as per the goals they want to achieve, and we make them realistic goals which help my clients build confidence, self-reliance, and healthy coping skills to manage and address their symptoms.
My strong areas of practice and TF-CBT, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and others, to name a few. I love working with adult clients mainly, and I enjoy supporting the clients in self-awareness and skill-building!
I like to create a non-judgmental environment with a bit of fun activities tailored to it, as we know that working through symptoms can sometimes be overwhelming. I like to focus on strengthening my clients' self-esteem, self-worth, and supporting them through change by highlighting their progress along the way!
