I specialize in EMDR, CBT, and Somatic Integration Processing, and I can also offer an ethical faith-based perspective if that is something you desire in therapy. EMDR Certified and Consultant-Approved through EMDRIA, with training in Somatic Integration Processing. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, and digital addiction, including social media overuse and compulsive phone use. I offer warm, evidence-based care, practical tools for growth, and can include an ethical faith-based perspective if desired.
