I have led classes and published research in psychoeducation, self-development, intimacy, etc.
When integrated, our behaviors, emotions, thoughts, and bodies are resources that promote healthy lifestyles, habits, and choices. My expertise in body-mind and mindfulness approaches can address the connection between problems, stresses and health concerns.
