When you’re moving through anxiety, stress, intimacy or sexual concerns, identity questions, or relationship conflict it can start to feel lonely and heavy fast. Therapy can help you reconnect with your inner voice. With me, you’ll find a confidential, inclusive, and real space where you feel genuinely heard and supported. I don’t do one-size-fits-all therapy—sessions are shaped around you, your goals, and what you’re actually living through. You are not alone. I’m a Mental Health Counselor and PhD candidate in Clinical Sexology specializing in anxiety, identity, sexuality, life transitions, and LGBTQ+ care. I help individuals and couples navigate communication, trust, conflict, infidelity, repair, non-monogamy, and intimacy challenges with a modern, direct, and integrative approach that feels real. No fluff.
