I am an experienced LCSW who takes a person-centered approach in my work, viewing it as a privilege to partner with you in discovering solutions to the challenges we’ll face together. I leverage my knowledge and 10 years of experience to create unique plans with my clients to help them achieve their goals. My ideal client wants to grow and face life’s challenges, knowing things can get better. I aim to cultivate a space where you feel ready and motivated to welcome change in your life.
My passion for helping people led me to earn my Master of Arts Degree in Social Work at Baylor University and ultimately guided my career into social work. With extensive experience in treating anxiety, depression, and mood disorders, I employ various therapeutic modalities to develop the most effective approach for each individual I see.
