I work with people who struggles with depression, anxiety, and/or trauma. A lot of people can relate when they get tired of existing, and wants to live a fulfilling life. It's natural that we struggle, but at some point, everyone will ask what they want. The answer varies person-to-person, and I'd love to support someone in their journey to recovery.

When someone asks for help, they want someone who's human. I like to be honest and kind! Second, I specialize in several therapies that cover a variety of issues, including EMDR.

I believe people have reasons for the things they do, especially when it comes to mental health. I seek to understand those reasons, and through that knowledge, support people in discovering what they want in life.
