The simple truth is that we as people carry the experiences we’ve had along with us throughout our lives. You may be carrying deep sadness, anxiety, or the weight of a major life change and it can be exhausting to face it alone. The weight of these experiences, often made more painful by external pressures, can be isolating and may reactivate old wounds that never seem to fully heal. I understand what it means to feel out of control and to begin the daunting process of interrupting painful patterns.
I work with adolescents and adults, focusing on male-identified persons and those navigating addiction or compulsive patterns. Together we’ll disrupt what no longer serves you and tend to the tender parts within. Using a trauma lens, I help heal old wounds with softness, creating space for growth, connection, and self-nurturing.
Therapy is not about fixing what’s “wrong” with you — it’s about making sense of what you’ve been through and creating space for new possibilities. Many of the feelings and patterns you carry once helped you survive; together, we can find ways to honor the resilience within.
