My work focuses on supporting teens, young adults, and working adults who are navigating stress and anxiety related to school or work, strained relationships with friends or family, depression and self-harm, pornography use, and difficulty adjusting to major life events. In our work together we explore underlying factors that contribute to these issues and find solutions together on how to navigate life moving forward.

My clinical work also aims to integrate psychology and Christian faith and spirituality for those who seek it. I also have a special interest in providing culturally attuned care to Asian-American clients while serving individuals from all backgrounds.
