I'm Jason, a licensed professional counselor with years of clinical and personal experience working with men on the kinds of things we don't always know how to talk about. I started Carlisle Men's Work because I believe it's easier to figure out your life with honest feedback and support from other men. Our weekly in-person groups are a place to talk about what's going on, build real friendships, and become part of a local community of men who know and support each other. Whether you're dealing with relationship struggles, divorce, loneliness, work, parenting, stress or figuring out what's next, you don't have to do it alone.

In group, you’re supported by other men who want to know what’s really going on in your life and genuinely want to see you succeed. You set the pace. The culture is built around honesty, integrity, feedback, challenging each other when needed, and plenty of humor.
