I work with adults and adolescents processing trauma, struggling with their sense of self, navigating complicated family dynamics, and working to heal their "too much" wound (the deeply held belief that one's feelings, needs, or personality is "too much.") Many of my clients have big personalities, deep emotions, and a history of feeling misunderstood, minimized, or asked to make themselves smaller. My goal is to help folks build insight and psychological flexibility, identify their strengths, inner conflicts, and adaptations, develop self-compassion and understanding, and build a more harmonious inner world.
I offer depth-oriented therapy and favor relational, trauma-focused, and mindfulness based approaches such as IFS and ACT. My style centers on steadiness, honesty, and emotional capacity rather than therapeutic “softness."
