Are you feeling stuck, anxious, frustrated, disappointed, or depressed? Are you longing to restore your self-worth and relationships? I work with teenagers, adults, and couples with the goal to provide a safe place to explore burdens, seek self-awareness, and learn the tools to live rich, fulfilling, and joy-filled lives.
I advocate for helping people move toward hope and healing in their lives. I am trained in EMDR and encourage individuals to walk through their traumas to find freedom from shame and pain.
You do not have to live stuck, disappointed, and overwhelmed. There is hope and healing on the horizon. I would love to connect with you and support you on this journey to find peace of mind, purpose, and joy again.

Eating Disorder Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

As a small Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), we have the flexibility to meet each client where they are at in their treatment program. We address the core underlying issues and move clients toward acceptance of self. Understanding that eating disorders usually present with co-occurring issues, we treat and address those struggling with anxiety, depression, unresolved trauma, relationship issues and other addictive disorders. Groups includes meal support, counseling and nutrition components each evening. Intensive Outpatient Programs are offered as a continuation of treatment from inpatient or residential care, as well as a direct admit from outpatient counseling.
