As a somatic & IFS informed therapist, I teach practical skills to help you face & release trapped stress & emotions from your body, so you can begin to love all parts of yourself. By allowing your body to complete its stress cycle, your mind is unstuck & now free. I may then offer trauma work to integrate any unresolved past that affects your present.
During somatic therapy, we don't just talk or think about change, you truly feel it, because we address your nervous system directly through concrete experiential exercises.
