I have been practicing in mental health since 2009 in Tampa, Florida and now in Williamsburg, Virginia. I have worked with many different populations and with many different issues to include: adolescents, adults, families, couples, depression, anxiety, bipolar, life transitions, grief and loss and many more. I specialize in DBT and ACT.
I utilize many different interventions that include traditional talk therapy, but extends to experiential approaches. Most individuals learn and gain insight from hands on experiences in their lives. I believe that this should be an integral part of the process of change.

Groups
RO DBT and DBT Group
This group offers support and skill-building for individuals. The group focus is on living life on the middle path. If you struggle or have struggled with destructive behaviors, extreme emotions, perfectionism, or over-controlled emotions/behaviors, this group could be just what you need to get on the healthy track. Participants are required to be engaged in individual therapy as well. The group is a flat fee of $25 a session and it is an open group. The group meets in-person every Thursday from 6:30-8pm.
