I am dedicated in protecting all client’s self determination, best interests, and their self-determined goals. I also find it important to have difficult conversations, and allow space for all clients to find themselves in an environment where they are able to grow and thrive. Being impacted by what happens in our lives is expected. I think that we can all find ways to adapt to our lives, and use our strength and resilience to move forward. I am here to help support and guide you toward your goals and your path of recovery. I provide a warm, safe, and relaxed environment where you can explore the deepest parts of yourself.

I work with clients 18+ who are impacted by anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, grief and loss. Some other areas that might come up include attachment styles, relationship concerns, or major life transitions. I am here to support, and use modalities that work best for you!
