My approach is trauma-informed, person-centered, and strengths-based, integrating cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused techniques tailored to each client’s needs. Therapeutic services are provided under the supervision of CyEreka Edouard, M.Ed., LPC, CPCS.
I provide trauma-informed, person-centered therapy for children (10+), adolescents, adults, couples, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, grief, and relationship challenges. Using CBT, solution-focused, and strengths-based approaches, I help clients build coping skills, emotional wellness, and meaningful personal growth.
