I am a Registered Art Therapist. I incorporate a variety of talk therapy techniques with art therapy interventions. You don’t need to be an artist to experience the benefits of art therapy. The process of art-making encourages relaxation, emotional expression, and processing in areas of the brain that can’t be accessed by talk therapy.
I graduated from Ohio State in 2011 with a degree in psychology and have more than 10 years of experience working in mental health.
